Tune Into Your Body's Needs
Rather than defaulting to a rigid
fitness plan, start by listening inwardly. Notice where your body is tight or weak. Does your lower back ache? Do your shoulders feel stiff after long workdays hunched over a computer? Are certain muscles shaky when you climb stairs? Let your body guide you toward what it most needs from movement.
Next, notice when and how you feel the urge to move. Do you have pent up energy after being sedentary all day that needs release through a dance session? Has stress built up that might find relief through yoga flows? Honor these innate desires to get active. Your body has wisdom - let it lead the way.
